Cierra Major 

Cierra Major is a DMV native. She currently holds a bachelor’s degree in Sports Marketing and Media and a master’s degree in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University which she earned at the early age of 20.

Cierra is a hard-working dedicated individual who is eager to help our black community learn the values of holding their own estate plan and building generational wealth. Not only does she enjoy working for Mrs. Aimee Griffin, a pillar to black excellence, she also works on a stage play written and produced by another inspiring woman of color who helps young girls find their royalty.

Cierra is multifaceted and diverse in her hobbies, volunteer, and entrepreneurial work she does outside of the office, all while maintaining a consistent and organized work ethic. Lastly, but most importantly, Cierra is a mother to her two year old son Adonis who is the light of her life and the biggest blessing from God.
